FINDING PRODUCTS
There are multiple ways to find the product you are looking for!
1. Use the search menu at the top right of the page
2. Use the product categories and drop-down menu's from the menu at the top of the page
3. Use the shop by colour menu at the top of the page

Some printables from sets are available for purchase separately, these are in the 'indiviudal printables' shop category. See HERE. If you would like one printable from a set that is not listed individually send an email to allaboutthehouseetsy@yahoo.com.au or fill out the CONTACT FORM. 

SHOP IN YOUR CURRENCY
You can change the currency using the menu at the top left (hover over the grey text that says 'all prices are in AUD' then select your currency). Default prices are in Australian Dollar (AUD).

PRODUCT PAGE
Product Photos - to view another photo in a product listing, hover over the photos underneath the main photo (until it turns a shaded light grey colour) - the large photo will then change to that photo.

PURCHASING PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
If the item you are purchasing is personalised, please be sure to include all required information when checking out. Required information varies depending on the product but usually includes one or more colour choices, font style selection, monogram or name and ocassionally a layout selection. You can view personalisation options here.

PERSONALISED COVERS FOR INSTANT DOWNLOAD ITEMS
If the item you are purchasing has the option of a personalised cover e.g. the health and fitness set, be sure to include the text you would like to appear on the cover when checking out. If you forget to add this info when checking out, send an email to allaboutthehouseetsy@yahoo.com.au or fill out the contact form with your requested title. Please include your order number.

CUSTOM ORDERS
See an item you like but would like it customsed? Email the item description or the URL (copy the web address link at the top of your internet search browser) and your personalisation requests to allaboutthehouseetsy@yahoo.com.au or fill out the contact form.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
You can purchase gift certificates by clicking on 'gift certificates' (top right of the web page). Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount of $10 or more e.g. $12, $20, $55.55 ect. Gift certificates do NOT expire!

USING GIFT CERTIFICATES & COUPON CODES
If you would like to use a coupon or gift certificate, enter the amount or the coupon code on the shopping cart page (scroll to the bottom).

PLACING AN ORDER
You can either checkout as a guest or create an account. While items are digital downloads, you will also need to provide details such as a phone number and address. This is so orders can be easily tracked, allows us to get in touch with you should a problem with your order occur, and provides us with information about where customers are located.

PAYING WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT
If you would like to pay with a credit card, see this blog post for instructions. Alternatively, you can purchase through the Etsy store, where credit cards are accepted without going via Paypal
