If you feel like your to do list is only getting longer and you're not sure which task to do first, you're going to find these FREE printable priority planner stickers helpful!

I liken myself to a squirrel sometimes - darting here there and everywhere - running around in circles that it's all a blur, and wondering what I actually achieved that day when I go to bed at night. Lately I've been telling myself no to a lot of things. There are so many printables I want to create, in addition to more ecourses, more ebooks, more planner stickers etc. etc. etc. To avoid burnout (I work a full-time day job in addition to my shop), I've taken to writing down just ONE thing per day that I absolutely HAVE to get done based on the following criteria:

  • 1 task per week that I don't want to do but that I HAVE to do (for this week, it was get my spreadsheet finalized ready to send to the accountant for filing my taxes). Sidenote: I recently shared how I put together my tax planner and a FREE printable checklist of 100 tax deductions.
  • The most important task/one task per day MUST contribute to the goals I set at the start of the year - it must be something that aligns with those goals and contributes to the long-term growth of my business
  • 1 of the tasks must be a blog post - after being a very slack and inconsistent blogger/barely blogging last year I'm determined to keep posting one or more blog posts per week!
  • 1 of the days I need to FINISH something. I have hundreds of half-finished projects and a few notebooks filled to the brim with ideas for new ones. I am a chronic starter and half-finisher (like I said, squirrel, distracted by shiny new objects or in this case, product ideas and new projects in general!)
  • 1 of the days the M.I.T. must be exercise - I've been finding it especially difficult to get motivated to exercise since it's winter in Australia right now! (and my trackies are way too comfy :p)

To help with the above, I created some priority planner stickers. I use one per week and jot down the M.I.T. for that day in the white space on the sticker.

If you need some help keeping you on track with your goals (we're over halfway through the year!), and would like a copy of these stickers, they're available in the free printables library for blog subscribers. If you're an existing subscriber, you can login here (the password was sent in the initial subscription confirmation email), if you'd like to subscribe and download the stickers, click here.

When you subscribe to the blog, you’ll be able to download not only these stickers but the ENTIRE free printables library which includes:

Be sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t received the email after subscribing!

I've created both Sunday and Monday week start versions for the stickers - so you can use them with any type of planner. They are sized at 1.5" wide x 1.9" high (the same size as the Erin Condren Vertical Life Planner), but can be used with any planner. I keep mine in the sidebar of the weekly spread in my planner.

To make stickers:

1. Print onto full sheet label paper (you can purchase it from World Label and Staples among other places). You could also print onto paper or cardstock and use glue to adhere

2. Cut out the stickers using scissors, a paper trimmer or what I personally use, a guillotine (I cut 5 sticker sheets at once)

3. Peel and stick!

If you run out of stickers just print another sheet… or 10 ?

Printable planner stickers are for your personal use only.
